It is the last and most critical step in the bid process. Too often lawyers “wing it” because they are comfortable with their practice area.
A well structured and rehearsed presentation can make or break your opportunity to be selected as the best firm for the work. I prepare visual aids, handouts and conduct rehearsals, and devise responses to “devil’s advocate” questions so that the team is ready for the gruelling process of the oral presentation.
